Busy note 5 and update for the next two weeks

A quick note to inform regular readers that my Week 7 reviews will have to be cancelled as I’m extremely busy preparing and recording my talks (at least one of which should later be available on Youtube) for these two conferences: “Tehran Meeting on Cosmology at the Crossroads” (next week), and “A (Hubble) Tension Headache” (week after the next), where I will be talking about spatial curvature and the Hubble tension (no surprise there) respectively.

In fact, given that the next two weeks will keep me busy with these conferences, I thought I’d try something a little different to keep the blog alive during the time. I’ll keep an ongoing “conference diary” where I’ll post sketchy updates (sort of what I would write on the conference notepad if this was happening in person) on interesting talks, discussions, and so on. In fact, my aim will be to write, each day, at least 3 interesting new things I learned which I didn’t know before. This conference diary will of course be public on this blog from Day 1 of each conference, and will be continuously updated (or updated at the end of each day).

This is very much an experiment for me, so I hope you will find this new initiative interesting. I will return to my regular blog posts once these conferences are over. See you in Tehran (در تهران می‌بینمتون)!
